This session will detail how data will be collected from districts in regards to English Learners for 2018-19. EL funding will be dependent on data and information reported in eSchool and obtained from Cycle 2 this year. The speaker will address the requirement that every student enrolled in an Arkansas school completes the new common Arkansas Home Language Usage Survey, screening for potential identification as an English Learner, eSchool data entry, and general expectations for districts in regards to English Learners.
